The BDI Valera 9724 Chocolate stained Walnut is the largest model in the Valera series to feature the swivelling base. This allows the unit to be used in one of three configurations. The first allows the unit to rotate 360 degrees which would be ideal as a display piece or for a very large room where seating is spaced out. The other swivel option allows the stand to move 30 degrees in each direction, which is useful if small adjustments are needed for viewing angle. You also have to option to lock the stand in a fixed position which is great if you want to use it in a corner.

The innovative design on the Valera 9724 with the wooden frame, gives the feel of high quality cabinetry but by keeping the design open allows for maximum ventilation to all your equipment preventing overheating. The stand has plenty of room for two full size components to sit side by side, and as the internal shelf is height adjustable you should not have a problem even with the larger AV amplifiers.

As with the rest of the Valera range the 9724 features a great cable management feature, that allows all your cabling to be run through the spaces in the back panel, meaning you will not have to look at the mass of wiring when you are watching your TV.

With a half open design the Valera 9724 affords for great ventilation to all your HiFi units, whilst the cable ducting in the rear panel means it is a doddle to hide the mass of wiring that can sometimes plague AV systems. Thanks to the slightly curved rear of this unit, it will look at home when placed in a corner or flat against a wall.
